President Obama briefly got personal about his gadgets during a town hall meeting at a multicultural high school in Washington DC. The Q&A session focused on issues facing the Latin American community, such as education and citizenship, but the president was also asked about his personal tech devices.

The town hall moderator Jorge Ramos asked Obama whether he owned an iPad computer, and the president replied that he did have an iPad. Then Ramos asked him whether he has his own computer. Obama said that he did, and he added, "I mean, Jorge, I'm the president of the United States. You think I've got to go borrow somebody's computer?" Obama has previously signed an iPad at a rally in 2010, yet he's also knocked the Apple tablet saying in a speech that the device turned information into a distraction.

Rumor has it that the iPad 3 shall be released this September, just a few months after the release of the iPad 2. An unnamed Apple employee stated that that iPad 2 was a bit of a rush job and the iPad 3 is the one to make a big deal out of.
It is possible that the third generation iPad will have a new processor, Apple's A6. But a lot of people feel that the release date makes it a bit too soon for the new specifications and most probably the iPad 3 will have the same processor and graphics as the iPad 2: an A5 processor with PowerVR SGX543MP2 graphics. It is safe to assume that if the iPad 3 does release in 2011, it will feature an A5 processor and not an A6.
