Apple iPad International Release Date
After a very successful launch of the iPad in the United States, Apple finally announced that the best-selling wonder tablet will be made available for 9 international markets this coming May 28. Although the actual shipping date is still more than 2 weeks away, lucky customers in Germany, the United Kingdom, Australia, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, and France can already preorder the iPad today.
The international prices of the iPad are as follows:
iPad WiFi:
* 16GB – $629 Australian, $549 Canadian, €479 Europe, £429 U.K.
* 32GB – $759 Australian, $649 Canadian, €579 Europe, £499 U.K.
* 64GB – $879 Australian, $749 Canadian, €679 Europe, £599 U.K.
iPad WiFi + 3G:
* 16GB – $799 Australian, $679 Canadian, €579 Europe, £529 U.K.
* 32GB – $928 Australian, $779 Canadian, €679 Europe, £599 U.K.
* 64GB – $1,049 Australian, $879 Canadian, €779 Europe, £699 U.K.
Customers in Austria, Belgium, Hong Kong, Ireland, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand and Singapore will have to hold their breath a little bit longer, as the Apple iPad won't launch there until July.
